We created the T-Rex Burger. In partnership with the restaurant The Beast, chef Zachary Gavillers, and paleontologist Sébastient Steyer, we created a prehistoric recipe.
Duck, ostrich, and a few other secret ingredients combine to produce an unprecedented result: a strange marriage between its stringy texture and very strong taste, a reminder of the good old Cretaceous period.
The totally new and unusual dish was unveiled in the course of a sneak preview party, then offered on the restaurant’s menu for a month.
