Pollution d'avril

How do we spread awareness about the dangers of plastic while respecting Sea Shepherd’s pirate identity?

We launched #Poissondavril, a social campaign that hacks the tradition of the April Fool’s day “fish” by inviting members of the general public to take part in the movement through one easy, symbolic gesture. On April 1st, everyone is invited to stick a piece of plastic trash onto their back in lieu of the traditional “fish”, thus asserting their commitment to eradicating single-use plastic across their social networks.
